Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical good, purchased from Wood Architects MB (the “Physical Goods”).
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Wood Architects MB will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Wood Architects, MB will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Wood Architects MB is 1 year and 2 years for Harvia stoves from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wood Architects, MB and its licensors.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wood Architects MB.
Wood Architects MB has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Wood Architects MB shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
